Staff are encouraged to nurture their own faith and understanding through opportunities such as further study in Religious Education and Theology, prayer and reflection, retreats and pilgrimages and other faith formation activities.
The college follows the “Head, Heart, Hands” model when developing the communal identity and culture of our staff. We create many opportunities for our staff to deepen their personal faith and grow spiritual awareness at the Staff Spirituality Day. Staff are offered opportunities to develop and deepen the faith through the Marist association of Marcellin Champagnat and programs that they offer.
