Congratulations to the Corpus Christi College Maroubra of 2025 on your outstanding Higher School Certificate (HSC) results!
Our school climbed 14 places in The Sydney Morning Herald rankings, placing 205th in the state.
We recorded 33 Distinguished Achievers and one All Rounder, with 17 per cent of students achieving an ATAR above 85.
Three students received nominations for the ENCORE Showcase for Music, while together the cohort received 64 nationally recognised VET Certificate II and III qualifications
Principal Paul MacGee congratulated Year 12 on their fantastic achievements.
“Their collegiality, collaboration and response to teacher feedback was impressive,” he said.
“These results are due to the whole school pedagogy approach, developing aspirational learning, and the development and implementation of College Wellbeing and Teaching and Learning Frameworks.”
SUCCESS ACROSS THE SYSTEM
Sydney Catholic Schools is celebrating an outstanding year of achievement with the Class of 2025 delivering some of the strongest HSC results in the system’s history.
Nearly 4,500 SCS students completed HSC exams this year, collectively achieving 2,875 Distinguished Achievers listings, 43 Top Achievers, 53 All Rounders. Five schools ranked among the top 100 high schools in NSW in The Sydney Morning Herald HSC rankings, with 17 schools in the top 150.
Sydney Catholic Schools again enjoyed incredible success across the Creative and Performing Arts and Vocational Education and Training (VET), with students receiving a record 321 nominations across HSC Showcases, and 1,989 nationally recognised VET Certificate II and III qualifications.
